We have one Jira Software Project with issues in the backlog split between teams. The split is based on a Team name field, and each team have their own board.
With regards to board backlog and sprint management, all is fine and the correct sprint number of story points are shown (board estimation is set to story points).
Also when each team goes to their board reports burn-down, a correct burndown chart is shown.
However, from a team's board, in Active Sprint and the Insights button is clicked, the number if sprint points is much greater and also the burndown, doesnot correlate. In the 'main' project sprint board, which is not split by team name, the points still do not add up.
Could anyone point on how the insights numbers are being generated, or better still, so the Insights are only based on data from that team's board please?
