How can we add custom field type Multiselect dropdown with check boxes.

If you`re open to the Jira plugins, check out the Recurring Checklists and Report add-on.

There you can create custom checklists that will be implemented into Jira tasks. So, you need to create checklists and feel in with action items.

You either need to use the Checkboxes custom field type or the Select List (multiple choices) custom field type.
