Hi there,

We can provide you with your instance backup data:

1. XML backup

2. Attachments

Feel free to contact Atlassian by raising a support ticket through SAC (https://support.atlassian.com).

Hope that helps !!!

Hi Fill,

Have you done with the migration, if so can you please guide me on the same.

We also planned to migrate from studio to standalone and the major concern we have is with user names. Our existing user names in studio instance are user emailID's and we planned to get in-house we would like to use crowd and authenticate with LDAP.

We managed to rename users in xml with AD accounts and when imported to standalone instance connecting crowd, we did managed to get user authentication done and issues mapped with users.

The core challenge we have is with getting groups associated with users. we have around 200+ groups in jira and when we moved to use crowd all group association for user was missing, leaving us to add users again to groups. ( we have huge user base of 1500+)

Can you help me on this.
