Moving Issue with Sub-Tasks Causes Display Problem

Dear community,
we are using Jira Software 8.13. When we are trying to move an issue that has a sub-task, we are seeing the following display artifacts:
This does not happen with issues that don't have sub-tasks. The problem is not browser-related.
Do you have experience similar behavior? Is this maybe a bug or something specific to our Jira instance?
