Moved the ticket to a new project and the comments have disappeared.
Was this from a Team managed to a company managed project? Or does your scenario line up with the scenario in this KB Article?
Old project and new project are both company-managed projects. I moved over numerous tickets and for some reason only one ticket did not take over the comments.
