Move logs from one issue to another without tempo

I have tempo time tracker not timesheet. So maybe I can use scriptrunner?

Thanks.

HI @İclal Aslan

Based on the documentation you could do this with the Jira API, see; https://help.tempo.io/timetracker/latest/jira-worklog-api-migration

This as the API from the app will be deprecated.

You could reach out to Tempo to vierfy this.

For the Jira AOI see this article, /Introducing-Bulk-Move-and-Bulk-Delete-Worklog-APIs

Hi @İclal Aslan , thanks for your post.

Do you mean you want to move work logs from one work item to another?

What is the goal? You have people who have logged the time in an incorrect work item? or what is the situation?

You could try to do an export, with the time spent and then attribute that to the new / destination work items, but this wouldn't have the author, time, etc.

You can have a look in the ScriptRunner example scripts - https://www.scriptrunnerhq.com/help/example-scripts but I didn't see anything that would help with this case.

Can you explain please more about the use case, what happened or if you are trying to correct something?

Best wishes

Hi,

Yes they logged into the wrong work item. But multiple people did this. So I want to get the issues that was logged between 13 to 15 of october from issue x to issue y.

Hi @İclal Aslan , thanks for your reply.

Honestly, I think it would be faster to get people to move their worklogs themselves, unless the solution @Marc - Devoteam is viable for you.

Sorry
