Move issues between projects & common fields are not moving

In moving an issue from Project A to Project B, some custom fields that are shared between the two projects are not moving to the target issue after moving. Both projects use the same Field Configuration Scheme and the Same Issue Type Screen Scheme. Some fields are required and others not, but both types are not moving to the target issue.

Am I missing a setting or re-indexing that needs to happen?

Figured it out. The fields didn't have the right context for the targeted project. I added the Project to the custom field context and now it works as expected.
