Move Trello Card upon JIRA Status Update

Is there a way to move a Trello card when the status of a JIRA issue attached to the card is updated?  For example, I have a Trello card with a JIRA issue attached, and it's in the "In Progress" list on my Trello board.  I'd like for it to move to a "Completed" list when the JIRA status is "Done".

I haven't unfortunately.  I find the status visibility of a JIRA issue helpful, but it still requires me to manually update the column.

That's the path we're taking now as well.  Not ideal, but it works.  Seems like this would be a great feature to add to the Power Up.
