Monthly rule executions have been exceeded

Hello! I got alerts for 2 automations that rule executions have been exceeded. Does it mean that rule usage will reset on August 1?

Okay, I found my usage and it doesn't look exceeded. But both rules have not been executed since July 8 after Abort status. Does Aborted status represent a bug in this case since number is not exceeded in July?

Did you happen to have Jira Service Management earlier this month? This page may help you: Automation error - monthly limit for rule execution has been reached but the usage is below the limit

Hi @Yuliia Vyborova,

You are correct, as per the documentation:

Automation usage resets for all products on the first of each month at 00:00 UTC

You can also look at the Usage tab in the administration to check your usage:

Hope this helps!
