We are currently using Jira Project Management Software V9.12.9, my team use this to track issues raised across a number of different Projects. I want to run a report across 5 Projects that shows me, of the tickets raised each month, how many were Resolved within 1 day of opening, within 3 days of opening and within 10 days of opening.
For example, if we opened 1500 tickets across the 5 Projects for the month of December 2024, I want to be able to say that 1100 were closed within 1 day, 75 within 3 days, 42 within 10 days and I'll worry about the remainder later.
I am very new to JIRA, and can't get to grips with the reporting at all!

Jira Data Center does not provide a native report that matches your requirement. Nor does it provide native capabilities for creating such a custom report.
Do you have access to any third party plugins in your Jira instance?
What is your level of access for this Jira instance? Are you an end user? Are you a Project Administrator? Are you a Jira Application Administrator? Are you a Jira System Administrator?
