Modife time in Jira custom field

Hi, 

Anybody know the way to change time in detail not just 30m or 1 hour ?
Example I really need to fix as 12:15 but it is impossible to fix because there is an list of time with the different from 30m only.

Hi @W 

This should be pretty straightforward. You just need to input the time, including hours and seconds, manually.
