When I log my work hours to any project through my mobile app, it does not save or display the comment. I have to use the browser to edit the work log and add the work description. I used to log time from my phone every time, but now I can only add the work comment on the browser, which is frustrating. My permissions haven't changed, since I am able to add comments in the browser. Is there a solution to being able to add the work log on my phone?

I'm guessing you're using native time tracking feature and not some kind of app?
If we're talking about native time tracking, I believe I've found the bug - after you log work and try to edit it, no information (such as comment or logged time/duration) is displayed. However, if you use browser view, it's all displayed as expected.
Anyway, I'm going to check this with the support and see if we can create a new bug report for this. 👀 I'll share the link here if the team creates a new ticket.

Another note - it seems that things improve a bit after you restart the app (I did an update to v181.1.8 on Android), but that's only for previously logged time. If you add a new worklog entry, it behaves the same as displayed in the video above.

I wanted to share an update from our internal development team:
- Root Cause Identified: Our team has confirmed there is a known issue affecting worklog comments and the display of logged time in the Jira mobile app.
- Fix in Progress: The team has already started working on a fix, which will be included in the upcoming app version v182. The rollout for this version is planned within this week.
- Temporary Measures: While the fix is being rolled out, I am also coordinating with our internal team to see if we can apply a root cause opt-out for your site as an interim solution. I will keep you posted as soon as I have more information on this.
