Missing vertical scrollbar

ISSUE:

There is no scrollbar when viewing a ticket via filter with the following URL format:

https://socialcoders.atlassian.net/browse/EE-12479?filter=18300

Also when viewing a ticket via search results with the following URL format:

https://socialcoders.atlassian.net/browse/EE-12482?jql=order...

WORKAROUND:
Remove the parameters at the end:

Hi Ronald, I have seen several post it would seem to be related to this. As such it might be worth reporting to Atlassian support to see if there’s some issue that has been introduced. If you do so and get an update please update the post here.
