Missing "Insert Jira-issue" in Confluence

We are using OnDemand suite (Jira+Confluence), but it seems that inserting Jira-issue to Confluence page is not working as expected. There is no option to Insert Jira-issue in insert drop-down. Am I missing something or is there a configuration that needs to be enabled?

Answer from Atlassian's support:

This is currently a known issue in our Ondemand instance:

https://studio.atlassian.com/browse/JST-5515

Was fixed manually for our instance of OnDemand
