Missing email addresses in json response from Get Issue API Call

Looking at the get issue API call, the returned json used to contain the email address but it appears it is no longer happening. Has anybody else run into this issue. The documentation below, doesn't show it returns either. Below some cached jsons from the other week

turned out to be an issue with managed accounts, once i claimed the emails then they showed up in the api response

Thanks, but I don't see how it's connected.Especially given this used to be included in the response
