Hi Jira experts, we work with a Vendor who shares their instance of Jira and recently we have observed that the notification emails do not include any content of the update. Is this a setting which may have been updated recently on our side, in how we receive the updates, or on the vendor's side? Do you know what setting would be causing this lack of detail? See sample email content below. TIA.
Hello @Tim de Graauw ,
Good day! Welcome to Atlassian Community :)

Here are the steps you can follow to address these changes:
Thank you!
Thanks So Much for your help @Shalini Pradhan
The steps were perfect to get back the details within the emails.
Cheers,

@Shalini Pradhan We also had this issue for months because it was disabled by default on your update in July / August this year.
We've been scrambling our heads for this change for months and it was such as simple thing. It is astonishing that Atlassian devises a feature that makes it unusable and make it a default option — what is the point for receiving notifications by email without any detail!? Who would want that enabled? If you don't want people to receive notifications you can disable them altogether!
I have difficulty understanding what's the point of having notifications with details — if you don't want to share info, don't send the notifications in the first place.
Imagine all the users in the world that have this problem and never solve it because they don't know how to!?
