I noticed today that all my labels are missing from my projects. These labels are used for Boards and other filters. Its a cloud instance, all issues are still there. No restore has been done and no access to any malicious user is available. Not sure if a cloud upgrade has done this but HELP!!

Hi @John Morisson,

Are the label fields missing from your issue view, or has the data in the fields been cleared?

If the label field is missing and you are using the new issue view you may need to verify that the Labels field is properly added to your project screens and then check to see if the Labels field is hidden on the field configuration settings.

Hope this helps,

-Scott

Hi Scott, thanks for coming back so quickly.

I have managed to resolve this problem.

I added a sub-task issue type to the instance of JIRA and for some reason all the issue type schemes had no associated projects (I am not sure why) so I simply associated the issue type scheme with the projects and all the labels, sprints and bug issue types re-appeared in the filters again.

Thanks for your help
regards
john
