Hello,

I am troubleshooting an issue in Advanced Roadmaps for Jira and would appreciate any guidance.

Problem

In my Plan, some Epics are missing, even though:

  1. They can be found in the issue hierarchy under the related Feature
  2. They can be found in the filter search result
  3. Similar Epics are displayed correctly in the same Plan

Source filter used by the Plan

( project = PMO AND issuetype in (Initiative, Capability, Feature) AND component in ( "CHK Digital Transformation", "CHK Enterprise Applications", "CHK Security & Compliance", "CHK Infrastructure", "CHK PMO", "CHK Data & Analytics" ) ) OR ( project = "CHK IT" AND issuetype in (Epic, Story, Task, Bug) AND labels in (CHK-BRM, CHK-IT) )

Is there a recommended way to troubleshoot missing issues in a Plan when the filter logic appears correct?

Hi @Yao

By default in a new Plan, work items in a Done status category are not shown if this action has been done over 30 days ago.

You can adjust this isn the plan settings in "work in your plan" in the "removed work items" option.
