I need to help in order to solve the issue. I have an account at Atlassian because I'm a diagnostic engineer. Normally I need to open the ticket on Jira in order to modify anything about CCD and DDT files. From any months, I don't know the reason behind it; it is not possible to perform the access. This represents a very blocking point for my job role.
Please give me a solution. The question is very urgent

Sorry you have this Problem.
Just to clarify, you need to contact the administrator who gave you access to this resource or instance.
As community members, we cannot check or change access in your company’s Atlassian environment. Atlassian also cannot simply manage customer-side access without the proper owner/admin involvement.
Please escalate this internally to your site, org, or project administrator.
