I am migrating HPM service manger to JSM Jira for this we required any addon to pull HPM data here .which addon i need to go futher please suggest on it,
I don't know of any definitive addon. You might reach out to https://www.help-desk-migration.com/help/ I worked them previously on a Freshdesk migration. Short of that consider using CSV import. While this can be messy it does work.depending on the situation you might consider a fresh start and only import open issues.
