The plugin "Teamboard" is installed in Jira server. I believe the plugin is not available in Cloud. As the workflow automation won't be migrated, would like to know what alternative to use in cloud (once Jira is migrated to cloud).
Hello @Sourav Mallick
Your question is posted in the Confluence forum, but you state it concerns a plugin for Jira. Is this truly a question concerning Jira? If so I can move your post the the correct Jira board.
I looked in the Atlassian Marketplace for an app named "Teamboard" and did not find one. When I did an internet search for "jira teamboard" I found a product from DevSamurai called Proscheduler.
https://docs.devsamurai.com/teamboard-proscheduler/
When I look that up in the Atlassian Marketplace, it reports that it does have a Cloud compatible version.
If that is not the plugin to which you are referring, can you provide a link to the marketplace listing for that app?
Thanks for your reply.
Yes I was referring to Jira (not Confluence). Sorry for the confusion.
The Jira server does have an app named "Teamboard".
I believe that the vendor has named of the plugin in Cloud to the one you have mentioned: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1223423/resource-planning-project-management-gantt-chart-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
If this app is not installed in cloud, can you provide a way in which the workflow automation can be made available in cloud?

The app says it is for
"Top capacity planning app for project, program & portfolio.Workload, tempo, structure, timeline, WBS Gantt chart & risk management"
That variety of functionality cannot be simply recreated with automations and workflow customizations.
If you want the same functionality then I advise you to use the same app.
There is nothing in the Marketplace listing for the app about migrating that app's data from Server to Cloud, so you should contact the vendor of the app to find out if that is possible.
If it is not possible for you to use that app but you want the same functionality, you will need to explore what is available that is similar in the various Jira subscription plans or from other third party apps. I am not familiar with the Teamboard app so I can't really provide much information about comparable functionality from other sources.
