Migration of a project from v7.1.10 hosted solution to Jira SAAS

Hello, 

I'm trying to migrate the content of a project from a jira serveur hosted by us on version v7.1.10 in our new SAAS jira solution.

My problem is, i don't know how to create a test JIRA instance in order to import my xml and adapt it to the new version. 

Could you help me on that ?
