Migration from Redmine to JIRA

[Question]

I'm an IT administrator, managing the proeject management tool, Redmine.

I'm looking for a new tool to migrate data from Redmine.

One of the candidates is JIRA used by our head quarter.

Is it possible to migrate all of data from Redmine to JIRA?

My main concern is the compatibility and if all data including history can move.

Current tool: Redmine version 3.5

Target tool: JIRA version 9.4 (on premise)

There was a built-in importer in Jira previously which was able to import data from a bunch of competitors. For some reason it is not maintained anymore, but if you can export the Redmine data to CSV, then Jira can import CSV.
