Migration Google Drive to OneDrive

Hello everyone,

We would like to move our internal documentation repository from Google Drive to Microsoft OneDrive.

The concern is that we have links between Confluence and Jira to Gdrive.

• Is there a way to know how many links exist between Confluence to Gdrive
• Is there a way to know how many links exist between Jira to Gdrive
• Is there an automatic way to "transfer" the links between Gdrive to OneDrive?

We're also moving from Google Drive to OneDrive and faced similar concerns.

1 Finding links in Confluence & Jira:

You can search for drive.google.com using Confluence's search or Jira's JQL (text ~ "drive.google.com") or use APIs for a deeper scan.

2 Updating links automatically:

Google provides Google Takeout facilities, but they can migrate 50 GB of data. Some third-party tools can help automate this. One option is to use a migration tool like Shoviv Google Drive to OneDrive Migration Tool. It simplifies file transfer and migrates multiple drives in a go without altering the data structure.
