Migration Bamboo to Active directory authentication from jira crowd server

Currently my bamboo is using jira user server for  user/group management , we want to remove dependency from jira and want to authenticate bamboo from active directory.

Is there any way to migrate existing plan/deployment permission from jira user server to new active directory.

AS I understand correct your request. 

You can do it, the next way. 

1. Just create the same user and group structure in AD. 

2. Then reconnect it.
