Hi,
We in a process of migrating our project from Jira cloud to existing Jira server (v8.6.1#806001-sha1:b7cf80b).
I followed the process but there are issues I cannot resolve without start edit the backup XML .
I did the following:
- I took a full backup on JIRA cloud
- Installed a test setup for JIRA server same version
- Imported the backup as full system import - successfully done
- Tried to run project import on the same backup file which results in errors (No key field for issue XXXX)
- I did backup on the test Jira server I imported full system into
- Recreated the target project to clean it
- Tried to run project import on the Jira server backup and got the following error (The updated of entityName XXXXX is missing)
