Migrating from JIRA Cloud to Server applications

Hello,

we had a Jira cloud trial for two weeks.

now we bought and installed the Jira local host, and we want to migrate the projects and boards from the cloud to our serves.

however our cloud accounts are blocked. are there any other ways to migrate our projects?

I guess by "our cloud accounts are blocked", you mean you let the trial expire, and hence the system has shut you out.  If it's been over a week, then the instance will have been shut down as well.

If that is the case, then there's nothing to "migrate", the Cloud server  has been discarded.  If you did not take a backup before your trial ended, then I'm afraid you are stuck.
