Migrating from JIRA Cloud to JIRA Datacenter

Looking for insight on migrating from JIRA Cloud to JIRA Datacenter.

I'd think of it as a two-step process - first, get off Cloud and on to Server, then plan to make that Server into a data-centre install.

Have you done a Cloud to Server migration? Any insight on that process? Does it copy everything over to the server application? Thank you!
