Hi,
We have two Jiras hosted within Atlassian cloud. Both are on separate accounts. We'd like to migrate one Jira project over to the other side. Why we have ended up to this situation is not important :) The company owns both accounts and I have full administrator privileges on both ends.
Is there something customer support can do directly, or is this something that makes more sense or is practical to do manually?
It's a next-gen software project within Jira if that makes any difference.
Thank you :)
It will definetely be smoother than consolidating from Cloud to Server.
Please follow Atlassian recommended steps in the following document:
https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/merge-multiple-instances-of-jira-cloud-779160767.html
If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.
Best,
Fadoua
@Ossi Tiltti When you try your steps in Test environment, try to take notes so that when you decide to make them in Production it will be very easy
Best of luck!

Both instances are hosted in cloud (Is it Atlassian Cloud? or AWS?Azure?)
Because if they are in Atlassian Cloud, then at least we know they are on the same version. If they are in AWS or Azure, then it is a totally different story. We will need to know the versions first and some other technical details).
Please let me know so that I can assist you better.
Best,
Fadoua

Pardon my ambiguity: I did of course meant to write Atlassian cloud. We're essentially having two accounts here, and want to move over a project from another one.
Thanks for the help in advance.
