Migrating & BackUp (JIRA/Conf/DB) Env

Hi Atlassian Team

we need to change VPS server and we'd like to know the procedure for save all data and DB, cpoy and paste this files in localhost (restore temporary here) and in future restore in new VPS hosting

please can you indicate how to do?

we have already exported all Jira / Conluence / mySql db with local structure and data

what is the exact procedure to get everything done locally and then restore the environment in another VPS hosting in the future?
