While migrating projects to a new JIRA (by export -> import), the SCRUM history is not being migrated. Doing a complete backup -> restore would overwrite the settings+projects already on the new JIRA. The two JIRAs are linked over an App-Link.
Any ideas how to get the Scrum history over?

In JIRA 7.0, the Project Import functionality between identical instances of JIRA supports some Active Objects data. For example:
