We have a large number of tickets that were created under "Issues" and need to be migrated to our DN board. I don't see this an an option.

Hello @Ben Skyer

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

An issue exists within a Project in Jira.

A Board is a way to visualize and manipulate issues that exist in Projects. The issues are not contained "in" the board.

A Board uses a Filter to determine which issues it will display. The filter can reference multiple projects.

To get an issue to appear in a specific board you would do one of the following:

- modify the filter used by the board so that its filter criteria match to the issues you want to display

- update the issues so that they match the criteria of the board filter.

Or, the question you may be asking is related to the issues already existing in a project referenced by the board, but are not displaying in the Board screen itself. In that case it may simply require changing the status of the issue, adding the issue to a Sprint, or updating the board configuration.

To help you figure out what path you need to follow, we need more information.

What type of board are you using; Scrum or Kanban?

What type of project are you using get that information from the areas I've highlighted in the image below.
