Migrating Dashboards and Filters from one cloud site to another cloud site

We are currently merging or migrating data from one cloud site to another cloud site.  The migration tool migrated projects successfully however did not bring saved/shared dashboards or filters over.  

I only see options to enable dark features with the JCMA to migrate these things for Server to cloud.  Are there any options for Cloud to Cloud?

Dashboards and shared filters aren't migrated indeed, as you can see from this support article.
