Migrate issues from one jira account to another jira account

I was able to migrate all issues from one jira account to another jira account from exporting the issues to a csv file and importing the same file in the second jira account. However, their hierarchical relationships were not maintained. Is there any other way to migrate issues while maintaining their hierarchical relationships?

You might be interested in using the cloud to cloud migration help from Atlassian, this tool is created to move data across jira sites and keep the configurations and data correct.

However if this is too much and you just want to import some issues with links, please follow these directions. 
Let us know if you tried this but ran into a problem, and detail what you did / outcomes, so we can help debug.
