"I have two Jira accounts and I want to move all data and projects from the old Jira account to the new one without losing any data. Can you please provide the steps for moving my projects from the old Jira account to the new one?"
Hello @Monika D ,
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
As an option to migrate your data you can use a backup tool. For example, you can back up your Jira data in your old account and then restore your data to your new Jira account. Though, backup is for security, compliance, data resilience, accessibility and availability in any event of failure, in migration issues it can be used, as well.
Take a look at GitProtect, a professional backup & Disaster Recovery solution for Jira Software, Jira Work Management, and Jira Service Management, which can help to seamlessly migrate data between difrent Jira accounts without any worry about data loss or disruption. Read our Jira data migration and management Use Case to learn more: https://gitprotect.io/use-cases/jira-data-migration-and-management.html
You can find GitProtect backups for Jira on Atlassian Marketplace (the backup software is free for 14-day trial or free for up to 10 users): https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1228719/gitprotect-io-backups-for-jira-cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
Hi @Monika D , if one instance is very small (projects, issues, config, etc) you could manually do this using CSV but that is tedious. Otherwise I would recommend looking at marketplace for apps to assist. Beyond that you could reach out to a Partner to assist if needed.

I have three extensive project boards in Jira. Now, I've purchased a new Jira account, and I want to move each of my three projects to the new account one by one. How can I accomplish this without any data loss and not manually?

Manually: You will need to recreate each project manually including all configuration. You would then use CSV Export to export all issues in each project and then import the issues into your new instance/new project. Rinse and repeat.
Automated via 3rd-party app: check the Marketplace. Here are some I know of to consider:
I am familiar with all three though have not deployed in any of my instances so I would assess each vendor against your needs and possibly reach out to them with any questions.
