Hi,

I am trying to export the one project hosted in one Cloud instance and import the project in another Cloud instance I can't  restore a backup because the backup will replace the current projects in target instance.

Any thoughts ?

Hello @Raul Rodriguez you have two options.

The fastest one is to export your information as CSV and then do a CSV import but this one won't migrate all the history of tickets and boards

The other way is far more complex and requires a lot of planning and downtime. You need to backup the destination instance and restore it on a server trial. Then run a backup of the other instance and do a project import on the server trial. Once that is done, run a backup on server and restore it on the destination instance. As you can see this is far more complex but if there are no apps involved,it's the most likely to bring all the historical data. Certainly you would have to try this a couple of times before doing it for real so you can assure that it all happens as it should and minimize the downtime while all this is being done.
