Migrate Jira projects from one organization to another organization

Due to reorganization, we need to migrate jira projects from parent organization to the new organization that is forming. These projects are on Jira DC and we are going to get clone/backup of projects and we need to migrate to new organization Jira DC instances. There is LDAP enabled for user management. Need migration strategy and specifically user and groups migration strategy while the earlier email domains would be changing to new organization domain. Projects size is around 350 projects and user base around 2000 ~ 5000.
