Hi Team,
We want to migrate existing Jira Project from one salesforce system to another. How can we do that? We are using Service Rocket connector and simply changing the connection from one salesforce system to another is not working and it keeps on running forever.
Any help/guidance would be highly appreciated.
Thanks,
Navjot Aujla

If I understand this correctly, you would like to migrate cases from Salesforce to another Salesforce instance, but I am not sure I understand where Jira comes into the picture here. Are you syncing from Jira to SF1 and then want to migrate from SF1 to SF2? In either case, you can perform this migration using our issue synchronization app Exalate. It allows you to seamlessly connect Jira to SF, or SF to SF in order to achieve your migration objectives.
If you would like to discuss your use case further, please feel free to book a demo and we will be happy to assist.
Thanks
Majid
@Navjot Aujla hello. Can you please clarify the connection between Jira and Salesforce? If I got it right you probably have integrated Jira and Salesforce and transferred issues from Jira to SF. However, you want the data to be sent to another Salesforce instance, right? If you're open to trying an alternative tool to the one you're currently using, have a look at ZigiOps. It's a flexible no-code integration tool that can help you connect Jira and SF (and transfer/sync data between the two), and then send the sync data from one SF instance to another. It's easy and happens quickly. Feel free to book a demo to see how it works.
