Meus card não ficam visível no quadro

Olá,

Quando eu crio um card diretamente pelo botão "Criar" que fica a nível global do Jira, o card não fica visível na seção "Quadro". 

Eu consigo achar ele na seção "Lista" e "Backlog" mas não na seção "Quadro". 

Analisando a fundo, achei dentro da seção "Backlog", existe uma linha de divisão, onde os cards criado diretamente pelo botão "Criar" ficam. Contudo, eu não quero que eles sejam enviados para Backlog.

Eu já verifiquei os status mapeados dentro de configuração de quadro e todos os status estão corretamente mapeados.

Você parece estar utilizando um espaço de Software Gerenciado pela Equipe. Você poderia confirmar isso para nós clicando no botão "..." ao lado do nome do Espaço, no painel à esquerda, e nos informando o que dizem as duas últimas linhas na janela pop-up?

 

Se for, de fato, um espaço de Software Gerenciado pela Equipe e você não desejar a aba Backlog de forma alguma, você pode desativá-la removendo a aba Backlog por completo.

Conforme a documentação acima, se a aba Backlog estiver ativada, novos itens serão adicionados automaticamente ao Backlog, e não ao Quadro.

You appear to be using a Team Managed Software space. Can you confirm this for us by clicking on the ... button next to the Space name in the panel on the left, and telling us what the last two lines in the pop up say?

If it is in fact a Team Managed Software space and you do not want the Backlog tab at all, then you can disable it by removing the Backlog tab entirely.

As per the above documentation, if the Backlog tab is enabled then new items will automatically be added to the Backlog, not the Board.

My cards are not visible on the Board

Hello,

When I create a card directly using the global "Create" button in Jira, the card does not appear in the "Board" section.

I can find it in the "List" and "Backlog" sections, but not in the "Board" section.

Upon closer inspection, I noticed that within the "Backlog" section, there is a dividing line where cards created directly via the "Create" button are placed. However, I do not want them to be sent to the Backlog.

I have already verified the mapped statuses within the Board configuration, and all statuses are correctly mapped.
