Bonjour,

“Looks like you have no active license for Extension for Jira Service Management Cloud. Contact your Jira administrator.”

Hello @lou

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

As this is a user community, where users of the Atlassian apps help other users, we don't have access to examine your instance directly.

Without that access, I would hypothesize that at some point you had either a trial or paid license for the specified app, and used some feature available through it. I suspect that whatever feature was used was something that would impact the customer portal and be visible to your customers. And, now that you no longer have a license or trial for the app, the warning is coming up because the feature can no longer be used.

If my hypothesis is correct, then the corrective action is one of the two following options:

1. Obtain a license for the Extensions for JSM app.

2. Determine what feature from that app has been incorporated into your customer portal and remove it.
