Hi! I need to calculate a median between two statuses in Support Issues workflow.
The built-in functionality of Control Chart does not work for me, because the issues move from one project to another. The projects share workflows, but the control chart provides info only per 1 project.
Is there a way for me to report a median in days between two statuses (not status categories)?

Why are you moving issues between projects? That suggests a broken process (one that control charts can't report on because it's broken)
Yeah, this is for support bugs that are first processed by support team and QAs, and only then moved to the development team. When we set up the processed, we never knew about the outcomes of this decision. So, is there any workaround for me to get the median right now?

There is no way to "work-around" a broken process. You need to fix the process, not the reporting.
