Hello @Manish Chokhawala ,

Good day! Welcome to atlassian community :)

Looks like export policy is configured. 

  1. Go to Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.

  2. Select Security > Data protection > Data security policy.

  3. Select one of the following:

    • Select a control name to view it.

    • And check if there are any configurations

Hi @Manish Chokhawala 

Have you tried in incognito mode, deleting and reuploading the PDF and deleting the cache?
