As of yesterday, I am taking over managing a software project for my company as the previous owner has left. Her account was changed to "Inactive" and now all of the scheduled issues she created for tasks will need to be updated in the designated "Reporter" field. Since the respective field is required, a scheduled issue that is supposed to generate a new task will be marked as "Failed" and will no longer generate based on the designated schedule. I currently have to go into each scheduled issue and manually update the "Reporter" field to an active user. Since there are hundreds of scheduled issues, the amount of required time to complete this action for all of the issues will be absurd. There is also no way of knowing which scheduled issue needs to be updated unless I leave it until the "Next Execution" date.
Hi @corey_rotterman,
Here is a link to some documentation that may help:
About halfway down the page there is a section with instructions to perform a "Bulk Edit." You may need to be logged in as an admin, depending on how your permissions are set up, and, since the user is inactive, you may need to temporarily reactivate her account and (possibly) log in as her in order to edit the items she owns.
(It's been a while since I've done this, so I'm trying to think of issues you may run into :) )
Hope this helps, let me know if you get stuck.

Hi Scott,
What we ended up doing in the meantime is reactivating her account. The scheduler program does not seem to have a mass update option. It is an entirely separate entity from the issues it periodically generates (those I can mass update). To combat this issue, we will be changing all of the scheduled issues she created to say that "The Scheduler" is the "Reporter." This is a very tedious task, but that should alleviate any future issues in case another person takes over for me.
