Hi Atlassian Community,
we want to migrate from Jira Cloud to an self-hosted system. Our challenge is, that the new self-hosted Jira will use an active directory where the users already exist an have different usernames as in the cloud.
Example:
Cloud: username=sebastian
AD: username=sebastian.oos
After the content-migration to the self-hosted instance, the user should login as "sebasatian.oos", with all the assignments and privileges from his old username "sebastian".
So our question: is there a way to achieve this?
