Hello,
we are on our way to setup Jira for our "Scrum Team". We are facing the challenge that we have multiple product owners, each with their own product, that share the resources of one development team.
Is there a "best practices" or experiences on how to ideally manage and setup a team like this in Jira?
Should we have one project for every product / product owner, one for the development team and pulling stories from the POs backlogs into the dev teams project board sprint? Or should we have one project for everything and cluster the products with Epics? Or are there more options?
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
