Any ideas on how to best manage workflow of 32 specific documents through drafts to final approval with different due dates and preparers for each stage? For example preparing financial statements through 2 different drafts and 2 sets of reviewers. Used confluence task list last time but wasn't easy to see a summary by stage or see what was due next. Got a suggestion to try a kanban board within Jira but not finding it that useful either to track dependencies (such as draft 2 cannot be started until Draft 1 review comments are received, etc.)
