Hi, We exceeded our storage limit and i'm looking for how can i manage projects' attachments. actually, i want to delete old files and clean the storage. do we have a tool or something like that for this or i have to delete them one by one?! tnx.

There isn't any bulk delete option OOTB. I found this addon which may help - smart-attachments-for-jira . I have not experience with it and wonder if it would work after the fact, i.e. does the bulk delete work on attachments pre-installation of the app. Worth a try.

Other options - upgrade to standard where you will get 250G

Also consider using external AWS storage for future proofing

i think that add-on wouldn't help so much. as you said, i have to attach from external storages like Dropbox or Google drive.
