Is the creation of several projects for a parent project a good practice on JIRA?
Each project created represents a team (Backend, Front, QA, etc.) and each project has its own team leader.
What is the best way to manage the parent project in the case of Jira classic and Jira premium?
What can Jira Premium bring more in this case?
Hi Imane - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
If you never need to see all of the information from each team in one place or if none of the team members overlap with other teams, then having a separate project for each is perfectly fine.
The other option is to create a single project and then create Components for each of the teams. Then create Quick Filters for a single board to cut down the view for each team. I would even create separate boards for each team based on the Component for that team.
I don't think Premium helps solve this case. We have done both ways here at work multiple times and both methods seam to work for the teams.
