Manage JIRA Board Filter

Hi All,

We would like the ability to maintain the “A Project Board” that is linked to "project B".  We are in the process of making some operational changes within our department and it would be easiest if we could manage the board.

At the very least, we want to update the filter that is associated with the “A Board” to this:

project = B AND issuetype not in (Test) ORDER BY Rank ASC

Can someone pls advise !

Hi Roja,

If you are the filter owner, then you should be able to update the filter. If not, then the owner needs to do it.

Or you can change the ownership of the filter to someone else. That can only be done by a Jira Administrator.

That person can go to Settings > System > Shared Filters

Search for the filter and change the owner. 

Then that person can modify the filter.
