Managa people on project

Hi,

I can't add people to a project. If I search , the programm doesn't find any user? 

2nd question. Is there a way to add a chat on the dashboard within a team?

I can see that you were initially having a Cloud Free plan and, in that scenario, is perfectly normal that you cannot add people to a project, as documented in: Project permissions, roles, and issue-level security in Free plans

The Free plan for Jira Software and Jira Core is for small teams of fewer than 10 people who may be just getting started with Jira. Project permissions, roles, and issue-level security aren't configurable when you're on the Free plan. To take advantage of Jira's powerful project permission management features, upgrade your plan.

However, I can also see that you already upgraded your plan to standard.

Can you kindly let us know if you are still facing the issue or if this is now solved?

Also, adding a chat is not supported OOB, but there are a number of apps available in our marketplace for this like, for example, the free app below:

• Chat, Text & Voice for Jira Service Desk

I can see you have an evaluation license for the app Chat for Jira Service Desk but this is for Jira Server only so I am not sure it is related to your question.
